Shopping experience was just fine. Found what I was looking for, ordered it, and received without issue...
Customer service was phenomenal. Shipping took over 29 days from time of order to time of delivery. However, the company was extremely quick yo respond when inquiring about the shipping updates. After receiving the optic plate, one of the bolts snapped prior to even reaching 10 inch lbs. due to this I had to take the gun to a gunsmith to have the screw extracted. I reached out to the company following this and they were able to make it right and offer a refund. I will absolutely buy from this company again, just give extra time for shipping.
