The parts inside your CZ decide how it feels and how reliably it runs. Springs and buffers control the slide, a precise bushing and a compensator help you shoot tighter and flatter, and original spare parts let you fix what wears out or gets lost. You can choose from original CZ parts and from parts by Eemann Tech, DPM, Toni System, KMR, Zendl, Ascalon Arms and other makers.

Springs

Springs wear out. Replacing them keeps your pistol reliable, and lighter or heavier springs let you tune it for your ammunition and your discipline. DPM recoil reduction systems replace the factory recoil spring and guide rod with a multi-spring rod that softens the recoil and keeps the muzzle flatter. See Springs and Recoil reduction springs.

Buffers, bushings and pins

  • A buffer sits on the guide rod and softens the impact of the slide on the frame. See Buffers.
  • A precise barrel bushing reduces play between the barrel and the slide, which helps you get tighter groups. See Bushings.
  • Pins hold parts in the frame and slide. They wear and can get lost during cleaning. See Pins.

Compensators and charging handles

A compensator directs the muzzle gases up or to the sides and reduces muzzle climb and recoil. You get compensators for the P-10, Scorpion Evo 3, Bren 2 and CZ 457. A larger charging handle is easier to grab on the Scorpion Evo 3, Bren 2 and TS 2. See Compensators and Charging handles.

Performance and spare parts

Guide rods, adjustable magazine releases and disconnectors are in Unique parts. Original CZ springs, pins, screws and other small parts for the Shadow 2, CZ 75, P-10, Scorpion, Bren 2 and CZ 457 are in Spare parts.

Frequently asked questions

How often should I replace the slide stop pin?

About every 8 000 shots, as Eemann Tech recommends. The pin lasts about 10 000 shots, and replacing it in time prevents damage to the frame.

Do buffers wear out?

Yes. A buffer softens every impact of the slide, so it wears with use. It is good to keep a spare set.

What does a precise barrel bushing do?

It reduces play between the barrel and the slide, so the barrel returns to the same position after every shot. This helps you get tighter groups.
