Everything you need to put a red dot on your CZ. Choose the red dot by its footprint, then the part that holds it on your gun: an Optics Ready plate, a red dot mount, or nothing at all if your slide is cut for a direct fit.
Red dots by footprint
The footprint is the mounting pattern of the red dot. It must match your plate, mount or slide cut. You can choose red dots with the Trijicon RMR, Shield RMSc, C-More RTS, Holosun K-series, Docter, Aimpoint Acro, Leupold DPP, Aimpoint A-CUT and Holosun 509T footprints, and red dots with a Picatinny base for rifles and shotguns. See Red dots by footprint.
Direct fit red dots
The CZ Shadow 2 Carry and CZ P-09 Nocturne take a red dot with the Shield RMSc or Holosun K-series footprint without any plate. See Red dots with direct fit.
Optics Ready plates
An Optics Ready CZ, such as the Shadow 2 OR or P-10 OR, has a cut in the slide. The red dot sits on a plate that connects the slide with the red dot, so choose the plate by your model and by the footprint of your red dot. See Optics Ready plates.
Red dot mounts
On most CZ pistols without an Optics Ready cut, a mount replaces the rear sight in its dovetail, so you need no milling and no gunsmith. On rifles and shotguns the mount sits on a Picatinny rail. See Red dot mounts.
Accessories
Covers, spare screws and footprint adapters are in Red dot accessories.
Frequently asked questions
Which red dot fits my CZ?
First check how your pistol takes a red dot: an Optics Ready cut, a direct fit slide cut or a dovetail for a mount. Then choose a red dot whose footprint fits the plate, the slide cut or the mount.
Can I put a red dot on a CZ without an Optics Ready cut?
Yes, on most CZ pistols. A red dot mount replaces the rear sight in its dovetail cut. You need no milling and no gunsmith.
How tight should I screw a red dot plate?
For CZ plate screws the recommended torque is 1.3 Nm. A drop of medium threadlocker on each screw keeps them from loosening.
